Hugo Acosta is an entrepreneur, investor, financial educator, former professional soccer player, and Official 10X Business Coach dedicated to helping individuals and business owners develop the mindset, financial awareness, discipline, and business strategies needed to create sustainable growth and long-term freedom.

Before transitioning into entrepreneurship and finance, he built an international career as a professional soccer player across Venezuela, Syria, Curaçao, and the United States. He represented Venezuela at the U-15, U-17, and U-20 national team levels and won championships during his professional career in Venezuela, Curaçao, and the United States. His athletic career ultimately brought him to the United States under the EB-1 extraordinary ability classification.

Years of competing at a professional level shaped the principles he carries into business today: discipline, patience, preparation, resilience, teamwork, strategy, and consistent execution. He believes that the same mindset required to compete and succeed at an elite level in sports can be applied to entrepreneurship, investing, leadership, and personal growth.

He is the founder of The Golden Cow Academy, a registered educational brand created to empower English- and Spanish-speaking communities through financial education, investing principles, personal development, entrepreneurship, and wealth-building strategies.

His entrepreneurial experience extends beyond education. Most recently, he spent a year leading a precious metals buying and selling company, where he helped drive the organization to more than $3 million in revenue, gaining firsthand experience in sales, operations, leadership, customer acquisition, financial decision-making, and the realities of growing and scaling a business.

His philosophy is simple: financial freedom is not created by luck. It is built through awareness, education, discipline, strategy, and consistent action.
