David Tal is the founder and CEO of NextCap International, a sales consulting and coaching firm that helps micro and small businesses across Hungary build predictable, systematic sales processes. He also runs TechOffice Solution, a B2B office-technology company he has led for nine years.
David’s work is built on one conviction: most small businesses don’t have a sales problem, they have a sales-system problem. He helps owners replace guesswork and “hope marketing” with structured funnels, clear numbers, and repeatable closing processes.
As Hungary’s first Grant Cardone licensed coach, his mission is to bring 10X thinking and proven sales technology to the Central European market, helping local entrepreneurs raise their targets, sharpen their sales skills, and grow without limits.
