Blake Robertson is a 10X Performance Coach specializing in IT businesses. He has coached more than 80 businesses through the 10X program, including an IT services company that grew from $13M in revenue in 2024 to $15M in 2025 and is on pace for $19M in 2026.

Blake spent 26 years at Wells Fargo as an Operational Risk and Business Initiatives Consultant and Technology Manager. There he led quality assurance for an enterprise risk platform recognized as one of the top 10 IT projects in the financial industry, supporting the migration of more than 20,000 applications and systems.

In parallel, he served 20 years in the U.S. Air Force Reserve (1998 to 2018), finishing as Senior NCOIC of Cybersecurity and IT Operations. He holds an MBA in Information Systems and Management and the CISSP, Security+, and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certifications.

Blake is also the founder of Disciplined Advisory. He lives and works as a digital nomad and has called Medellín, Gran Canaria, and Guadalajara home. His philosophy holds everywhere he goes: discipline over motivation, systems over feelings.
