Cody’s career spans diverse fields, starting with a commendable service in the US Air Force during the critical period of 9/11. As an aircraft electrician, Cody earned multiple medals and honors, swiftly rising to an advanced leadership position, a testament to his exceptional leadership skills.
Transitioning from the Air Force to the aviation industry, Cody excelled further, becoming the youngest member of a prestigious traveling maintenance team entrusted with resolving complex aircraft issues that local crews couldn’t handle.
Driven by a passion for continuous growth, Cody transitioned into the field of healthcare, obtaining a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. His tenacity and leadership were evident as he led multiple pharmacies to remarkable success. In one instance at CVS, his store ranked #1 among 16 stores in the district and #8 among over 500 in the region. His leadership propelled a staggering 51% revenue growth in a single year at another previous company.
Grounded in the values of integrity, service, and excellence, Cody pursued continuous self-improvement. He achieved certification in the 10X program under Grant Cardone, offering invaluable insights and expertise. Today, Cody spearheads a dynamic business coaching company encompassing marketing and real estate investment arms.
