ABOUT
A driven, successful businessman and coach, Gary’s background is in both taxation and residential mortgage origination. As an accountant, he worked for a top 40 public U.S. accounting firm in the tax department. During this time, he obtained a Masters of Science in Accounting from Grand Valley State University and became a Licensed CPA in the State of Michigan.
In addition to being a CPA, Gary is also a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator in MI & FL. He has spent several years in the mortgage industry focusing on refinance and purchase transactions in the Metropolitan Detroit Area market. As a MLO, Gary was awarded the prestigious “Digital Dominator” award by the largest wholesale lender in the country for “leading the way with technology” in 2021.
Outside of business, Gary most enjoys spending time with family. Along with his wife Mariella & baby girl Nicolina, Gary loves spending time traveling. They enjoy spending days by the water with their favorites being Lake St Clair and Lake Huron,. Gary especially enjoys fall, when duck season brings special early morning moments.
He is also a community leader and volunteer, serving as a committee member of the City of St. Clair Shores – Cool City Committee. The committee is chartered to attract young people to SCS and retaining exciting professionals with fun-filled activities focused on nurturing community engagement.
