Latrice Allen is an Grateful..Committed Mother, Entrepreneur, Real Estate Investor, Property Manager, Community Advocate, and founder of WE Familia.  WE Familia is a training and development company dedicated to bridging the gaps between the proven pillars of Excellence and OUR Young Adults. WE provide needed tools to Families desperate for knowledge and resources to help create better lives for generations to come! Through Community Events, Workshops, and varied training courses WE focus on providing services around Emotional Literacy, Self Discovery/Development, Life Skills, Career Mapping, Financial Literacy, and Community Engagement.

As a Grant Cardone Certified Business Coach Latrice is committed to bringing Her combined wealth of knowledge, powered by Her purpose to be of service with ushering OUR overall society towards more possibility and synergy!

Pulling from Her life experiences such as;  growing up in the tough streets of South Central Los Angeles during the peak of its drug and gang epidemic, Her 28  year career in Banking and Mortgage Loan Servicing, or having the opportunity to train and coach alongside the World renowned Transformational Agent Leader, Motivational Speaker, and Change Agent Lisa Nichols traveling the world delivering lessons that helped sooo many realize Their highest potential, all of these experiences  working in unison aimed to 10X  the mission of uplifting OUR Youth and Communities.

Areas of emphasis include partnering with existing Youth Organizations, School Districts, and Community Leaders.  Working side by side to ensure that this set of skills and tools is provided to every Youth and Family desperately in need of acquiring the information & strategies that can help propel OUR Families from lack and dysfunction towards the abundance, purpose, and overall promises of GOD over Their/OUR lives!
