Courtney is originally from Poughkeepsie, NY, and is a proud graduate of Sarah Lawrence College. She lived in Japan for nearly 10 years and can speak fluent Japanese.

Her background living and working in the corporate world of Japan has given her confidence in her disciplined approach to continuous improvement. Courtney has helped individuals from a multitude of different countries, coming from extremely diverse backgrounds.
