Gary is the founder of Micu Growth and M Suite | Powered by Micu Growth, specializing in helping organizations scale through high-level sales systems, operational automation, and a “Performance Partner” approach with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.

A CPA with a Master’s in Accounting from Grand Valley State University, Gary combines financial precision with technological innovation. He was previously awarded the “Digital Dominator” award by the nation’s largest wholesale lender for his mastery of sales technology. Today, he serves as a Board-Level Performance Coach within the 10X Business Coach Program.

Beyond the boardroom, Gary is an Eagle Scout and a community leader in St. Clair Shores. He is dedicated to living the “10X Super Life” alongside his wife, Mariella, and their daughters, Nicolina and Alessia.
