Jay Realubit is a U.S. Navy Veteran who served our country for 21 years. He deployed onboard USS Carl Vinson in support of Operation Enduring Freedom (2001) and USS Nimitz in support of Operation Iraq Freedom (2003).

He loved serving and became one of the top leaders in Navy Recruiting Command where he led over 300 Sailors on how to be successful Navy Recruiters. He was hand selected to be a National Trainer for the Navy where he taught sales, marketing, recruiting and leadership around the country. Jay earned multiple awards for his performance throughout his time in the service.

After retiring from the Navy, he pursued his dream of becoming an entrepreneur and launched 3 businesses. Through the opportunities created from his business, he became a real estate investor. He attended his first 10X Business Boot Camp to learn how to scale his business and that is where he met Grant Cardone and Brandon Dawson. He was offered the opportunity to become one of the founding members of the 10X Business Advisory franchise.

He is a servant leader and as a 10X Business Advisor, his mission is to help entrepreneurs scale their businesses.
