Kazi Haque is a 10X Executive Performance Coach, mentor, and speaker working alongside Grant Cardone.

As a top-tier 10X Performance Coach, Kazi has completed nearly 800 coaching sessions since November 2024, working with clients across more than 20 states in the U.S., as well as in Canada and Australia.
In addition to coaching, Kazi is a seasoned Senior Project Manager and Professional Engineer with over 30 years of experience. His background includes managing high-value construction projects, leading engineering teams, overseeing project portfolios, and directing large-scale programs of work.
He is also an experienced real estate investor, with a strong track record across multiple strategies—including condominiums, legal conversions, BRRRR, buy and hold, short- and mid-term rentals, and multifamily investments—across Canada and the United States over the past seven years.
Outside of his professional work, Kazi is passionate about music, sports, event organization, and community involvement.
