Now she and her team bring that real-world experience directly to spas, clinics, and schools ready to grow and scale using proven 10X Principles.

Kim’s approach goes beyond strategy. She works at the intersection of mindset, business systems, and performance — helping practitioners eliminate the internal and external bottlenecks keeping them from the revenue and freedom they’ve earned.

Based in Louisiana, Kim serves both local and online markets. She is a mother of 5, grandmother of 12, and has been married for 35 years — proof that a thriving business and a full life aren’t mutually exclusive.
