Moneke’s leadership experience includes 24 years as a school teacher, instructional coach, assistant principal, and principal. While serving in these progressive roles, She acquired skills in facilitation, training, development, coaching, project leadership, administration, culture, customer service, evaluation, feedback, community engagement, comprehensive needs assessment, and process improvement.
