Liz is a Leadership Coach who focuses on helping small business owners Lead, Connect & Inspire their employees to have all out engagement so they are just as invested and excited about growing the business as they are.

Prior to working with her husband, Kale, at Kale Houser Leadership Consulting, she was a Deployment Coach for her own company, Deployment Beautiful, where she helped military wives build their confidence, find their support group, and stay intimately connected to their husbands while navigating their way through the challenges of deployment.
