Paul is the founder and CEO of LifeBase Homes LLC and the founder and CEO of OverThrive Life Development.  He has 27 years of construction experience with hands on experience in log, timber, steel, and conventionally built homes.  After graduating from the Texas Tech Engineering program, he worked as a reliability engineer for 4 years before 10X training clarified his ambitions to become an entrepreneur and help others find a better path to success than he had before the 10X programs.

LifeBase Homes is a design-build company in Lubbock, Texas offering residential single-family homes for sale as well as custom and semi-custom build options.  LifeBase Homes focuses on functional design, customer service/satisfaction, and employee development through effective on the job training and advancement.  Paul’s vision is to structure the company so it can duplicate itself in multiple locations.  Organized in March of 2022 the company has increased its projected sales and income after retargeting to 10X levels and will now be implementing 10X methods and training programs in the employee development plan.

OverThrive Life Development is a personal, professional, and business development company that helps individuals define and streamline their success through four prime development stages (Dream, Plan, Build, Thrive) leveraging the power of Grant Cardone’s 10X methods and training.  This is also a new venture, but one of Paul’s long-time ambitions in life, to help people find positive pathways to success and streamline their “pursuit of happiness.”

Paul has philanthropic ambitions to help combat human trafficking, homelessness, alcohol and drug abuse, domestic violence, and dependency on government assistance.
