Shawn Ricehouse is a seasoned real estate investor and construction executive with over 28 years of experience delivering large-scale projects across the U.S. and around the globe. He has played a pivotal role in managing and executing major corporate, government, and embassy projects in multiple international locations, demonstrating a unique ability to navigate complex, high-stakes construction environments worldwide.

Since beginning his real estate journey in 2010, Shawn has built a diverse portfolio that includes single-family and multi-family assets across Texas, Florida, and Georgia—serving as a GP in 1,887 doors and LP in 856, with $238M AUM. His leadership experience as the former owner of a $10M mechanical firm and director of a $50M construction company has equipped him with the expertise to oversee projects of significant scale and complexity, both domestically and internationally.

A member of multiple real estate investment masterminds, including Grant Cardone’s and Rod Khleif’s, Shawn’s vision is to expand his portfolio to 10,000 doors while continuing to deliver sustainable, high-value communities worldwide, leveraging his global experience in embassy and government projects to set a standard of excellence in every endeavor.
