Jay is a seasoned professional with expertise in business development, real estate acquisitions, and client management. As an Acquisitions Manager at a real estate investment firm, he led property acquisitions and conducted financial due diligence. Previously, he worked in External Affairs Client Management for a major Northeast transportation agency, coordinating communication and engagement for real estate development projects.
Jay’s career began in education as a teacher, shaping his ability to communicate and lead effectively. He holds degrees from the University of Virginia and Rutgers University and is currently completing a doctorate in Global Business & Leadership.
