Dr. Shanti Persaud is a seasoned expert in leadership and business development, with over 30 years of experience in business and banking. She holds a Doctorate in Transformational Leadership from Bakke Graduate University and serves on its Board of Regents. Dr. Persaud is a certified Grant Cardone Business Coach, a Maxwell Leadership Coach, Speaker and Trainer and the International Coaching Federation (ICF), with additional training in NLP and behavioral analysis. She founded Guyana’s first non-profit foundation focused on values-based leadership and has held leadership roles with the American Chamber of Commerce (Guyana) and the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce. Dr. Persaud is committed to empowering others through her “teach others to fish” philosophy.
