Jana is a seasoned real estate investor and entrepreneur, serving as a General Partner, Managing Partner, or Co-Sponsor in five multifamily properties valued at $73.5 million in Texas. As a Limited Partner, she has invested in four additional multifamily properties totaling $220 million across Texas, Florida, and Arizona, with a personal investment of $425K in real estate.

For the past 27 years, Jana and her husband, Tim, have built a diverse real estate portfolio spanning residential properties, rehabs, flips, and short-term rentals from Dallas to Houston. Recognizing the power of design and property styling, she founded Model My Home Staging & Design, completing over 8,500 projects since 2002, helping maximize property value and net worth.
