After reading “Be Obsessed or Be Average” and “The 10X Rule” in 2017, Ben left his day job to start Red Cliff Homes, a high-quality production home building company in Las Cruces, New Mexico. In 2018 the company sold over $5.7 million and continues to grow 30% year over year. Red Cliff Homes is committed to providing innovative, creative solutions in the new home space, is devoted to building people, and is made of Rockstars (humble, confident, and fearless team members).

As Visionary, Founder and President of the company, Ben has big dreams and goals for the growth of the company, and the growth of its team members. He has provided Cardone University for the entire company and holds a monthly book club to encourage personal development and growth for each member of the team. This desire to help others grow extends beyond the company, to working with the local Home Builders Association to reintroduce construction trade skills classes back into local high schools. Ben hopes to act as a catalyst to bring thousands of young people into the construction industry to help solve the shortage of labor that is crippling construction nationwide, and to serve as a mentor to young entrepreneurs in the industry.

Ben earned a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Brigham Young University in Provo, UT, where he met and later married his wife Heather. Ben and Heather enjoy spending time with their 3 kids, investing in real estate, and anything water related. Ben is training to swim the English Channel in 2023!
