The one thing constant in life is change. One of Troy’s favorite quotes is by Grant Cardone himself; “to change, you got to change”. Working on yourself needs to be front and center. Troy believes in order to get the best out of yourself daily, you must be in shape, not only mentally, but spiritually and physically as well (6 pack optional). When he began to tie all three of those together, he saw a shift in his life he never even predicted! He can help do the same for you and your life.

Troy is a 2nd generation leader in the family heating and air conditioning business in Greensboro, NC. Since 2015, he has been the VP of the company’s Linc Service division; providing professional customized solutions for commercial and industrial buildings across NC. Over the past few years, growth has been evident with the addition of a second location in Wilmington, NC, and reaching the $5 million-dollar mark (just $3.1 million in revenue in 2018) in revenue this year alone; $5 million in our division has never been accomplished until now. Troy has utilized Grant’s sales training and MASSIVE 10X action to grow the top line and build the team around him in order to get the results. We are just now beginning our growth!
