Jake Shannon is a seasoned business developer, entrepreneur, and industry disruptor with over two decades of experience bridging the gap between financial engineering and elite performance.

He holds a Master of Science in Financial Engineering from Golden Gate University (2002), and his career has been defined by innovation. In 2003, he revitalized the sport of Catch-as-Catch-Can wrestling through his Scientific Wrestling project. In 2006, he launched the modern fitness mace movement by inventing the Macebell.

Beyond athletics, Jake co-founded Reverse Market Insight in 2007, the first consultancy of its kind, and has served on the Advisory Board of Gatemaster Technology since 2009.

His focus on data-driven results led him to become a Certified Chief Data and AI Officer (CCDAO) and later the Chief Data Officer for the 10X Performance Coaching program. A two-time 10X Performance Coach of the Year, Jake is also the author of over a dozen books, including the Sportify series.

He lives in Arvada, Colorado, with his wife and three children, where he continues to mentor entrepreneurs through No1 Coaching and The Sportify OS.
