Royalty Reports & Commission
As a 10X Business Coach, there are a few ways you will regularly transact and interact with the Cardone Training Technologies Inc (CTTI).
Royalties
The Royalty Reporting Form is still due even if you have not generated any revenue from the previous month.
Here’s why it matters: If we don’t receive your form by the 15th of each month, a fee of $75.00 will be added to your account for that month. This change comes into effect on August 1, 2023.
Remember, this aligns with Paragraph 1 of your Agreement and is designed to make things easier and more efficient for all our 10X Business Coaches.
Royalty Report
According to your contract:
Licensor shall receive a royalty of ten percent (10%) of Licensee ’s gross revenues from the use of the Program Materials (collectively, the “Subject Revenue”), including without limitation, revenue generated from Licensee Live, Live-Streamed or Web Speaking Engagements, Licensee Live, Live-Streamed or Web training sessions, Licensee Live, Live-Streamed or Web Coaching Sessions and other educational activities of, or events sponsored by the Licensee utilizing, based on, leveraged or derived from, the Program Materials or otherwise from the use of Licensor’s brand, marks, copyrights or other intellectual property.
IMPORTANT – A Royalty Report is due on the 15th of every month for the previous month’s activity.
If you did not receive ANY income for the previous month, you are still required to fill out the online form indicating 0 (zero) in the corresponding fields.
Commissions
If you sell any official Grant Cardone event tickets to your clients, you are entitled to 20% commission.
