I am a builder and performance strategist with over 25 years of executive leadership experience, helping organizations launch, scale, and recover through disciplined systems, financial clarity, and accountability. I specialize in turning complexity into execution.

I currently serve as Director of the Cross Timbers APEX Accelerator, leading programs that support over 1,300 active clients and contributing to more than $1.5 billion in government contract awards in the last year.

Previously, as State Director for Idaho’s APEX Accelerator, I transformed a failing program into a top national performer by tripling contract outcomes.

I founded four charter schools and later became the CEO of a charter management organization. I have also worked nationwide as a fractional C-suite leader, helping launch, stabilize, and rebuild six additional organizations—restoring operational integrity, financial viability, and leadership performance.

I hold an MBA and have a strong track record as an entrepreneur in both startups and turnarounds. I am known for installing scalable systems, enforcing pro forma and cash flow discipline, developing leaders, and executing with the 10X framework.
