Tracy Curington is an entrepreneur, author, coach, and speaker who has spent more than two decades helping individuals, leaders, and organizations grow with purpose, clarity, and integrity.
Tracy and his wife, April, have been married for nearly 30 years and are the proud parents of eight children. Throughout his career, Tracy has served both profit and non-profit organizations, developing leaders, strengthening businesses, and equipping individuals to reach their full potential.
A certified leadership coach since 2019, Tracy has facilitated growth through mastermind groups, executive coaching, workshops, and keynote presentations. His work blends practical business strategy with leadership development, helping entrepreneurs and teams clarify their vision, strengthen their culture, and implement systems that drive sustainable success.
Over the years, Tracy has helped organizations develop mission statements, define core values, recruit and onboard high-performing teams, navigate conflict, improve communication, and build operational systems that support long-term growth. His coaching often focuses on the intersection of leadership, culture, and customer experience—believing that extraordinary customer service begins with healthy internal leadership and team alignment.
In addition to his consulting work, Tracy is a prolific creator and educator. He develops leadership resources, produces digital training content, writes books on personal growth and leadership, and mentors entrepreneurs and professionals across multiple industries. His work often combines timeless principles with modern business strategy to help leaders overcome barriers to success and build organizations that make a meaningful impact.
Tracy is also deeply committed to faith, family, and personal growth. Whether teaching, coaching, writing, or speaking, his mission remains the same: to help people think bigger, lead better, and build lives and organizations that leave a lasting legacy through multiple businesses within his company
My wife, April, and I have been married for 25 years, and we have 8 children together. I have been serving people for over 20 years in both profit and non-profit organizations. I have been a certified coach since August, 2019.
The methods I have employed to facilitate growth to others range from 6-10 person mastermind groups, lunch-and-learn style group training, and individual coaching/mentoring. I have served many business leaders through phone calls, conference calls, virtual meeting rooms (Zoom), and, of course, in-person sessions. Additionally, I have served established businesses and start-ups by helping them polish or develop their mission statement, core values, and other key systems and processes.
Recruiting talent, onboarding and training new hires, evaluating team members, navigating conflict, holding candid conversations, and releasing team members honorably are all ways I have assisted leadership.
Lastly, I believe that the difference-maker for any business in any industry is extraordinary customer service. However, a business with an unhealthy team culture will likely never achieve a healthy customer culture. Therefore, building a team, developing the leadership, and structuring the business deliverables in a way that exceeds the expectations of the customer is one of the main focuses of TMC Coaching & Consulting.
